Having watched all of JJ McCullough’s YouTube videos on his campaigning against Canada’s Bill C-11 – aka the Online Streaming Act – it’s interesting seeing it become music business news. How can the CRTC regulate the discoverability of Canadian content on music streaming platforms and, more to the point, should it?
